Our office accepts payments by cash, checks, Visa and MasterCard credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through the CareCredit finance system. We will be happy to fill out and submit your insurance forms as a courtesy. You are responsible for the costs that your insurance does not cover.

All insurance policies are different. Ask Lisa, our insurance expert for help in maximizing your insurance coverage.

Private and Group Insurance: As a courtesy, we will file your insurance claims for you. Upon receipt of an insurance payment, any balance due will be billed to you. If you have deposited an excessive co-payment, it will be refunded to you. If your insurance is not expected to cover your entire treatment, we may ask for partial payment at the time of service.

Patient Billing: We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
